Position:

Sales Manager is a real sales leader who generates revenue and profit margin in their assigned accounts and territories. The manager for the Benelux will have full responsibility for leading their team to success. The Sales Manager will develop and execute a multi-faceted Commercial sales strategy to increase clients’ market share whilst building the highest levels of customer and team satisfaction. The Sales Manager required developing and delivering sales revenues and profitability in the commercial sector in line with targets by providing leadership, direction and support within a professional sales organization.

Skills:

  • Graduate degree in business administration, engineering with a minor in business administration, engineering, or equivalent long-standing, successful work experience combined with excellent market knowledge
  • 8-10 years of practical sales experience including 5 years with additional management responsibility
  • Familiarity with the market situation, distribution channels, competitors
  • In addition to Dutch, fluent English
  • Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
  • A self-assured leader with excellent communication skills
