Job title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Position:
- Be a key early player at the most senior level of a growing global Customer Success team managing a very select list of our most strategic Customers and important initiatives.
- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge and develop/execute effective success plans to drive customer outcomes.
- Educate customers on how existing and new product features/functionality will contribute to the growth of their business.
- Work closely with your respective Account Executives and Customer Success Engineers to identify and nurture your Customer renewal and growth opportunities to closure
- Be the Voice of the Customer
- Be innovative and make an impact: on your Customers, on your team, and on the company.
Skills:
- 12+ years’ experience in a Customer facing role, consulting experience is a big plus
- Experience in a Consulting, Technical Account Management, Customer Success Management, Solution Engineering/Architecture, or Professional Services role in the past
- Experience with large Enterprise Customers in a SaaS revenue model
- Experience working with a technical Customer base and corporate IT projects and processes
- The ability to work across geographies and cultures
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher
- Intellectual curiosity
- Sense of humor
